1983 – The beginnings

In 1983, André Turgeon founded Turgeon - Sign Solutions. Starting out in his parents' basement, André specialized in signage and vehicle lettering, armed with his brush and projector. A few years later, André is the first to have a digital vinyl cutter (Gerbre Signmaker). This tool greatly simplified his work and enabled Turgeon - Sign Solutions to evolve its techniques.

1990 - Moving

Around the 1990s, André began hiring his first employees. To have more space and be able to bring in larger trucks, he enlarged his parents' garage. It was during these same years that the few employees of Turgeon - Solutions d'affichage moved into their first commercial premises in Saint-Anselme.

1995 - From brother to brother

In 1995, André decided to sell the company to his brother Alain. True to form, the brothers' parents continue to be involved in the company. After this transition, Turgeon - Signage Solutions experienced modest growth for several years. The company continues to grow, adding a new employee every year and acquiring larger customers. At the end of the decade, Turgeon - Sign Solutions unveils its second logo.

2008- New acquisitions

The beginning of 2008 is a significant year for Turgeon - Signage Solutions. A few months before the New Year, Kévin Turgeon, who has been with the company since a young age, officially begins working full-time for his father Alain. Turgeon - Solutions d'affichage moves once again into new, more spacious premises and acquires a large-format printer, enabling it to print vehicle wraps and murals.

2010 - An innovative purchase

2010 began with the arrival of the Jean Coutu Group as a customer. It then became the company's largest mandate. Kévin takes over the sales position, and the transition between him and his father as owner begins. In the years that followed, Turgeon - Out-of-Home Solutions acquired its first flatbed printer, printing directly onto posters. This acquisition was the result of Kévin's passion for new technology, and enabled the company to grow from strength to strength.

2015 – A good start for Kévin

Kévin officially purchases Turgeon - Display Solutions in 2015. The following year, he hired his first salesperson. This first resource to the development of Quebec City allows Turgeon - Out-of-Home Solutions to ensure a presence and have an office at the central point of Quebec City.

2017 – Plant expansion

In 2017, Turgeon - Display Solutions expands the plant by doubling the surface area. The same year, the team buys a cutting robot. Investments accumulate and sales increase. Since the challenge lies in production, the need for an improvement consultant arises. Patrice joins the team as an improvement consultant and becomes Kévin's partner in 2021. Kévin takes care of sales while Patrice oversees production. With more and more multi-site customers, Turgeon - Signage Solutions is more than motivated to initiate projects all over Quebec.

2023 - The acquisition of Lettrage Maska

In 2023, Turgeon - Sign Solutions acquired Lettrage Maska, a well-established and respected company based in Saint-Hyacinthe. This acquisition represented more than just a physical expansion. By combining Lettrage Maska's skills and expertise with the diversity of its own services, the company was able to strengthen its presence in the territory and offer greater production flexibility to always adapt to customer needs.

Having grown up with Turgeon - Display Solutions, Kévin has been working there since the age of 12. After holding numerous positions, he took over the reins of the company in 2015. Visionary and determined, Kévin makes customer service a top priority, from graphic design to the installation of Turgeon - Solutions d'affichage products.
